Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"LEAH" -- is a 3 1/2 year old Border Collie or cross. She is being given up due to a separation. The owner has gone back to live with her parents, and her parents' two small dogs will not accept Leah into the family. Leah loves other dogs, children, people and is an all around loving dog. She has had no experience with cats, but is getting some in her current foster home. She's a very happy dog, always wagging and accepting with everyone even if she has just met them. Within one minute of her coming into her foster home, she started playing with her foster mom's two Border Collies, initiated by Leah. Leah is spayed and will be up to date on all her shots before placement. Leah is being fostered in New York State.
You MUST first fill out an adoption application AND have a home visit BEFORE being considered for any NEBCR dog. As this process can take time, we recommend that you complete these first 2 steps BEFORE inquiring about a specific dog.
For more information, please see our web site www.NEBCR.org.
