Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nala, along with her sister Greenley, were the product of a careless woman. Her AKC registered lab, got accidently "hooked up" with her son's AKC registered Weimaraner and the result was this litter of pups. To go with how irresponsible she was, since she couldn't find homes for the last two pups, she was on her way to take them to the kill shelter.
Trinity, a representative of Las Vegas Labrador Rescue caught wind and stepped in to ensure the dogs not end up there.
She has had them for a few weeks now and in addition to crate training and working on potty training, she is getting them ready for their forever homes.
They are UTD on shots (scheduled to get their 2nd set in the coming weeks). You will have to sign a spay/neuter contract that within 6 months of adoption, you will provide proof of spay/neuter, or rights will be relinquished.
Trinity and her husband will be driving to Las Vegas to bring them to our foster care the last weekend in February. They are available for application now, as we would like to have homes lined up so they can go straight to their forever home.
She has written the following description of Nala.
Nala is so sweet. She learns VERY quickly (she is paper trained and we are working on complete potty training) and is extremely affectionate. She wants to cuddle and wants to play. She is much calmer then the other puppies are. She still likes to play but she is the first to settle when play time is over. Nala is our 3 year olds favorite of the puppies.
She is a wonderful little companion and will no doubt become a very cherished family member to her lucky new family. She is crated every night and though she complains for a little while at first she does settle down (after about 10 min of complaining) and then she sleeps through the night.
