Piper will break your heart. She was left in the nightdrop so the Humane Society does not know about her previous life. Make sure you check out her video to see for yourself that she is loving. She is very lonely without a friend to call her own. The staff here is wonderful, but she wants a best friend to call her own. Piper is oh so sweet and cuddly. She is gentle and has great leash manners. The person who took the pictures was a stranger to Piper and within 5 minutes she was able to take photo 2. Piper just decided that she wanted her love and just sat down to snuggle. Piper will make a great and loving companion. Just look at the sadness in her eyes. She is lonely for you. Please don't let her down. This is your lucky day! The HSTC is offering multiple specials to get our animals adopted! The HSTC is offering ALL SENIORS (60 years and older) who adopts a senior pet (animal 7 years and older) will have the adoption fee waived. Also the "PRICELESS PET PROMOTION" - a program that invites qualified adopters to name their price to adopt the dog or cat of their choice. The normal adoption fee is $90 for dogs and $35 for cats. All reasonable offers will be accepted. The program will end once the shelter is at normal capacity! So come adopt the animals who need good homes!
