Penny is a recent rescue from the streets of Dallas.
She is currently in a foster home in the Dallas area but can be seen on Saturdays at our pet adoption events.
She is a quite, shy dog except when her humans come home. Then she is all excitement and yips with joy to see the ones she loves.
