Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Notes: Hughie is a very jolly, friendly 7 month old pup. His foster mom says he is very quick to learn and eager to please.
Hughie says, "Since I am still a pup, I am looking for a home where someone is around most of the time. I would really enjoy having another young, energetic dog to live with and play with. I am very sensitive to the cold, so need an indoor home where I can stay warm. I love to snuggle on the bed at night with my foster mom and Dolly, my dog friend.
I am taking Jennifer Biglan's "Good Dog" training (www.dogandcat.org), and I am looking for adopters who will continue this training.
For my protection and your peace of mind, I do need a securely fenced yard. Although I'm friendly with everyone, because I am young and rambunctious, I would be best in a home with children 8 years and up. My adoption fee is $125, to help pay for my rescue, neutering and microchipping costs."
To keep our expenses as low as possible, so that we can rescue more shelter dogs & cats, we prefer to find loving homes for our rescued animals within the Eugene/Springfield or surrounding areas whenever possible. Thank you for considering adopting a rescued dog!
