This is "SHADY" BRADY ( AKA Will) Brady and his sister Gracie came to us with 14 other kittens. They were older than the rest, and a bit under the weather, so when the others went to rescue, they stayed here with us. The next night, Brady became extremely ill, with over a 105 degree fever, and to save his life, I had to sit for hours with ice packs folded around his feverish little body. He was so accepting, and purred the whole time. His fever finally broke a few hours later, and he went on to slowly recover from the virus, but some possible sinus damage or irritation stayed concerning his right eye, and it still weeps a little, but doesnt bother him or his eyesight at all. I am hopeful he will outgrow it, just the same as Gracie did, it can also be allergies that causes this. Once meeting him, you would be so enchanted with his unique character, it would not get in the way of you wanting this fine young cat.
This one needs to RUN and RUN! He will spin circles on the floor, and run to collapse in your lap for hugs and squeezes. He is such a sweetie! Much more outgoing and active than his sister, but they both have a sweetness that balance each other out. He would NOT be a suitable match for an older cat needing company.
Brady will adore his human companion, by laying on their shoulder, draping himself like a living scarf around your neck as you clean the litter box. He has no fear, he just wants to be close to you. I think Brady would be an excellent candidate for leash training. He has a walk and build like a panther, and will be very striking once he is full grown. He has the most incredible gangly stalking walk, he just thinks he's the cats meow, and immedietly greets you barely inside the door. He also talks if he catches you looking at him if he's resting. He is too cute to describe.
Brady is neutered, microchipped, and completed his vaccinations ( including rabies) on 5/14/11 He was also FelV/FIV tested and negative for both diseases.
We focus on placing our cats and kittens in caring, responsible INDOOR only homes unless otherwise noted. Potential adoptors should email us for an adoption application, and tell us a little about the life you can offer one of these wonderful felines. You will also need to supply the name and phone number of your veterinarian. Once your referance is confirmed, we will be happy to arrange a visit for you!
You may email us anytime for more information about him!
Adoption fee for Brady is $125 ( for both Gracie AND Brady would be $195)which includes the cost of neuter surgery, HomeAgain microchip w/ basic lifetime registration, testing, worming and vaccinations. A $25 travel credit will be offered to those traveling 100+ miles to adopt this kitty, or transport is available to the West Coast on one of our weekly transports! Just ask when we're coming that way!
This is a great deal, and an over $240 value ( $405 for both!) if you were to purchase these services yourself.
