Donna is awesome—period. That’s what her foster mom says about her. She likes to be where the action is and loves to be loved. Currently, Donna is learning basic commands, such as accepting downtime in her crate, walking on a leash for fun walks. Donna learns quickly and responds well to redirection but she’s still a puppy on the inside. She is housebroken and unafraid to alert whoever will listen that she needs an outside break (or breakfast).
Donna was found covered in ants and in serious need of food, dodging cars and VIA buses along I-35 south in New Braunfels. Without fear, she came running when her rescuer whistled. She laid belly-side-up for introductions. Such a sweet girl needs a great home with a fun family. Her foster mom says this about her: Donna likes: chasing balls, crunching bones, inciting belly rubs, and endearing herself to other dogs. She dislikes: uppity cats (i.e. any cat who doesn’t want to play with her), unexpected baths, and being alone. If you’d like to adopt Donna, just fill out an adoption application.
