Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bootsie ARPH 9377 is a five year old blue merle female, she is spayed, up to date with shots and on heartworm prevention. Bootsie has undergone a true makeover while in foster care. She came to us shaved and bald in spots now she has a great looking coat in and is just beautiful. Bootsie found her life in turmoil after being dumped at a shelter, scared and nervous at the shelter she has quickly become a joy of a dog in foster care. While many people look past a dog like Bootsie we are hoping someone out there has the compassion to give this special girl that special home. Bootsie's sweet face says it all, she loves children, cats and is good with other dogs. She is a bit overweight and needs to watch her food intake, she is a chow hound so treats and snacks must be controlled. She is fine with children, no jumping up on them and very much a Velcro Aussie, she is well mannered, comes when called and is fine on a leash. Bootsie is located in the Savannah Georgia area.
Bootsie needs a special home where she can get lots of love and attention and have the safety and security of a family that won't give her up again. Bootsie has a heart of gold and is one very special girl.
Currently Bootsie is undergoing treatment for a thyroid problem and she does have some leakage when she gets up from lying down, it is easily controlled with medication. Her monthly medication cost is about $20.00 Bootsie does need sponsor's to help with her medical costs as she has required some additional blood work and urinalysis if you would like to sponsor her please visit
