My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reese is a 1-2 year old pit bull. She was found malnourished and tied to a tree on the North Shore. She spent 10 days in holding with Animal Control and when her time was up we didn't hesitate to take her in.



Reese is pleasantly energetic and calms easily. She walks well on a leash and knows sit. She is incredibly affectionate and loves to be pet, handled and hugged. She loves having her belly rubbed and is tolerant of all sorts of inappropriate handing like having her toes poked, tail pulled and ears tugged. She will make an amazing family dog however we hope that her future family will be far more gentle to her than we have been.



Reese is well mannered and appropriate in all settings however she would do best as an only dog.



Reese has been spayed, is up to date on all of her inoculations and has been microchipped. If you are interested in meeting her please complete an application on our website. She is being fostered in Worcester.
