Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTED! This poor Dane spent his life living on a chain. The other Dane he lived with died on another chain :( Basically, he has been neglected for a very long time. Animal Control would not seize him, but fortunately for him his owner surrendered him. He is not in rescue yet but will be shortly. We will update when we know more about him.
