Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** LOCATED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA *** (1-18-07)
Kumara was originally dumped at a shelter with her mate after just having a litter of puppies. The owner kept the puppies (which were all given away as gifts) and the parents (originally named Puppy and Lucky) were taken to the shelter.
Both Kumara (Puppy) and Lucky were adopted straight out of the shelter to different, unrelated people....however Kumara's owner discovered she didn't have the time for a young dog. The owner cared immensely about Kumara and worked with The Jindo Project to surrender her to us rather than taking back to the shelter.
She is currently in foster and gets along with the other dogs in the home. Kumara is definitely a young girl, probably right around 18 months old. She loves to play with the other dogs, especially her best buddy Guma. Kumara is a snuggler and loves her humans as well, to include her resident 5 year old skin-kid!
Kumara is housetrained but does like to bark. She is learning to walk nicely on a leash and is petite, slender Jindo girl.
