To pursue the adoption of Josie, you must first complete an Adoption Application which is located under the Online Forms tab at www.NCYorkieRescue.org.

Josie is a very sweet and loving female dachshund. She is four years old and will be turning five in October. Josie is a very happy girl, loves to play and always greets the day with a happy attitude! Very friendly and outstanding personality. She is very well behaved and is house trained with a doggie door. Adoption fee and donation does apply.

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit rescue group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
