Well, Twirly is just a bit twirly. He is so funny because when he wants to go outside he runs in circles. Twirly is a loving and handsome boy. He does great with other dogs. Twirly is a larger shih tzu so he would be an excellent choice for a family with younger children. Don't pass this cute dude by!
