My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Liza is a 2 year old, spayed female Miniature Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, who weighs 8 pounds, and is housebroken. She is a sweet, loving, and beautiful small dog with a glossy, jet black, very short coat. Liza has changed a lot since arriving at the shelter. She is now a lively, affectionate, playful, and comical girl who can also run about 35 mph. She plays tirelessly with her Jack Russell friend, Ellery, and can outrun him bigtime. Liza gets along very well with other dogs, and is used to cats. She is doing well here at the shelter, but needs a person or family to call her own. She would be a wonderful addition to just about any home with children over age 8.
