To pursue the adoption of Ziggy, you must first complete an Adoption Application which is located under the Online Forms tab at www.NCYorkieRescue.org.

Ziggy is a beautiful Schipperke male who was rescued from a kill shelter one hour before he was to be euthanized. This dog came from a very crowded high kill shelter and was too handsome and smart to just let die. He is extremely well behaved and learns very quickly. Ziggy is quite the gentleman and has an outstanding character and temperament. He will make a wonderful addition to any family. He loves to play, go for walks and is very good in the car. Adoption fee and donation does apply.

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit rescue group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
