Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATE 8/11/11: Dallas is doing great and he went for his first hair cut yesterday! Yes, his hair is growing in so well that Foster Momma took him in so they could trim it all up and make him feel like a prince for the day. He was NOT fond of being left there, but is learning the world is a safe place and some people can be trusted!
He is doing better with pottying and communicating with Foster Mom when he wants to go outside or when he wants attention!! He is ready for some cooler weather so that he can go outside more. : )
UPDATE 7/17/11: Dallas is adjusting to his new Foster Family & Fur kids. His hair is already growing in!! He is going to the doctor next week for an overall checkup now that Foster Mom has had time with him. His ears are bothering him but he is not scratching all over any more. The medicine seems to help the skin allergies and his sores are healing and disappearing. Dallas is learning how to walk on a leash and go potty outside. He is very timid and does not like a lot of commotion. Foster Mom is working with him on his shyness and thinks he may have been abused. Dallas is looking for a forever home with lots of love and someone who is willing to work with him to help him feel safe in the world again. If that is you then please fill out an adoption application for him!
UPDATE 7/6/11: Dallas an 8 pound male yorkie mix who is smiling cause he is finally home with his FM, after being rescued from a kill shelter last week at the 11th hour, examined, and neutered. He appears to have severe flea dermatitis and we hope with some treatment and TLC his hair will grow in and he will start to look as great on the outside as he is on the inside. Please check back on how he is doing. Thanks!
INITIAL BIO 7/2/11: Introducing Dallas - who joined our rescue yesterday from a high kill shelter, where he came in as a stray. Dallas is approximately 2-3 years old and suffering from severe allergies. Right now he is almost bald, but his FM will be nursing back his beautiful coat and he is otherwise healthy!! He is a sweet and cuddly guy who is ready to give love to anyone who will take it.
