If you are a cat lover with a big heart and someone who enjoys interesting felines, Humphrey is the cat for you. He is very loving and wants to be totally connected to that special person who adopts him. Living all of his ten years with a loving caring person, he was unprepared for the hazards and horrors of being kicked out of his home when the woman passed away. Because he had such a challenging (albeit brief) life on the street, he needs to be the only cat in a household. He will reward you with lots of love and gratitude.

Humphrey is now about 10 years old and FIV+. FIV is not contagious inter-species, which means it cannot be spread to human beings or any non-feline animals. Importantly, a carrier of FIV often lives a long, healthy life with proper care and attention. And, being an older guy, Humphrey is low-maintenance, so would be ideal for the older caregiver, who would welcome a friendly but more mature kitty.
