Okay so is this dog cute or what? So why is he still here? Because his name is Punky, that's why. Okay so he's a brat. A four legged Bart Simpson, but c'mon with these looks who cares how much trouble he is. He will need a strong willed owner to handle his "bratism" but when he kisses your face with those thick, smushy lips, well, all is forgiven.
