My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mabel is as cute as her brother Molson and they could almost be twins with their big bumbly bodies and large Labby paws and ears! Mable is a Black Lab mix who has been in our care since she was 4 weeks old when found with her littermates in a soggy beer case in a dumpster. She is now a healthy, happy and robust 11 week old puppy. Mabel is the only girl in her bunch of four brothers right now...so she can handle anything! She was one of the first to learn to go to the door to go outside for bathroom breaks. She is tough and smart! She quickly learned basic commands and walks well on a leash. She likes to explore the yard to keep up with her brothers. She loves to be cuddled and does extremely well with treat/reward training. Just like her brothers, she can now climb stairs, so she is exploring and learning new areas and boundaries daily. Mabel is crate trained, and almost fully housetrained. She is a very playful girl. Mabel will do best in a Lab savvy home who has much time to work on continued training with a very young and impressionable puppy. An adopter will need to sign a contract promising to get Mabel spayed as soon as she turns 6 months old or sooner if a vet in your area will do earlier alterations. Mabel is up to date with vaccines and thoroughly dewormed.
