My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leonard is a guy with an interesting story. He lived on a houseboat all his life, with lots of other dogs. He was obviously loved by his owner, but tragedy struck and his owner died. He and his brothers and sisters were taken into rescue where they hope to find wonderful forever homes. Leonard is a active, curious, and friendly little guy. (weighing in at 19 pounds) He loves to play in the fenced yard with other dogs but settles down nicely to pile up on the couch. Leonard is a little she when he first meets someone but warms up nicely. Leonard was heartworm positive but is undergoing treatment and should make a full recovery.
