My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little guy was surrendered by his owners at the local animal control as they couldn't keep him any longer. He was so scared and confused and we just couldn't leave him over there. He is no more than 10 months old and he is just a sweetheart. He seems very scared by cats but does just fine with other dogs even bigger than him

He likes to hang out there with the big guys and he is just a bundle of energy.
He weights around 10-15 lb and he needs a grooming as his coat looks kind of neglected. He is so confused why he is not with his owners anymore and it is just so unfair for a little boy to start his life like that.

If you like Blake and have a warm spot in your heart and some room in your home please consider giving this little guy a new chance in life or if you can not adopt at this time fostering him would be another alternative till he will find his forever home.

Blake will be updated with all his shots and neutered before adoption.

You can fill out the application by clicking the link below and somebody will get back to you ASAP.

The adoption process requires that you first fill out an application. While the application does not commit you to adopting a particular pet, it does allow us to learn more about you and to match you with the particular pet you are interested in. Once we call your references, we do a home visit where we bring the dog/cat so you can meet them and see how they would fit within your household. There is an adoption fee for Blake of $250. This covers all his age-appropriate shots and vetting. We also give you a breakdown of future shots that the pet will need.

If you would like to make a donation to help us rescue more animals please make your check payable to New Hope Pet Rescue. All donations go directly to the care of the animals, we are strictly a volunteer based group. Thank you for helping us save as many lives as we can.
