Currently, Cara is NOT at the RAS, she's in a volunteer's home being fostered. Please email for information or to schedule a meet and greet.

Meet Cara!

Cara is a long haired white and orange beauty. She kind of growls instead of purrs but she is very friendly. When Cara came into the shelter in late March, we thought she might be pregnant. Well a trip to the vet on 4/4/11confirmed it so we quickly started looking for a foster who could properly care for Cara and her soon to arrive kittens. On 4/23/11, Cara gave birth to 4 adorable kittens. With the help of her foster mommy, Cara did a great job raising her kittens. Well now Cara's kittens have all found homes and it is Cara's turn to find a furever home. After all, mommas need love too.
