Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you like the standard dachshunds, then you will swoon for four year old Peggy. She's an absolutely stunning big doxie.
Although beautiful now, Peggy looked much different when she came into rescue. Not only did she have kennel cough but the poor girl had non-contagious mange and was missing significant amounts of her hair. The hair she did have was dull and coarse. Fast forward a few months, and thanks to her foster mom, Peggy now has a terrific looking coat.
Peggy was worth the effort because she has turned out to be a terrific dog. She is friendly with canines and humans. She is well behaved and loving with her people. Peggy also really likes children.
Peggy has been spayed and vaccinated. She is crate trained.
Adoption application available at www.scdr.org Her tax deductible adoption fee is $200t
