RACEY the gentle explorer. She is a sweet, gentle cuddler. Seeing the world in a new light every day is what Racey and Ryder her brother like to do. You see, Racey and Ryder are a very bonded pair of kitties.
They were found at about a week old in a semi-truck engine. The driver heard their cries and investigated. They have been on their journey and race to live life to the fullest each and every day.
Racey is so very sweet, and loves a lap. She turns the purr engine on without a seconds hesitation. She loves human interaction of any kind and will follow you anywhere. Her level of loving is so great! She loves to just be carried and held whenever possible, but not needy. You call her name and she appears from somewhere and comes to you, like she has been waiting for you. Racey and Ryder are such sweethearts. They have the best personalities. They love to play fetch with toys and carry them around in their mouth, then drop and bat them so they can go play fetch again. So Cute!! They have not had much exposure to children, but do well with other kitties and a small dog. Once you see them and hold them in your arms, you will fall in love. They are waiting for their home!!!
Racey is a 7 month old, DSH, female tortie calico kitten. She is spayed, feline leukemia/aids negative, current on shots for her age, including rabies, and microchipped.
A pre-adoption application must be filled out and submitted. Go to www.pureheartsrescue.org and click on applications. . A visitation at the foster home is required.
