My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dillon...Dillon is a sweet young boy who loves to play with toys and other dogs and recently decided he liked to play in the kiddie pool. He loves people and is a happy pup. He was rescued from a rural NC shelter as his time was up...He is an awesome pup, smart and as cute as they come. We are guessing that he will grow to be a medium size dog. Right now he is approximately 5 months old. He is neutered and utd on shots and on heartworm preventative. Send us an email if you want more info on adopting this precious little boy.

Update: Dillon's breed instincts are coming out. Except, instead of pointing at birds...which tend to keep their distance from the doggie yard...Dillon spends hours pointing at anything that moves which is mostly butterflies and bees and grasshoppers....He is not as interested in toys now that he has discovered all these outdoors creatures....He is such a fun pup to watch!

An ideal home for Dillon will be one with another dog and/or children to play with. And, a safe place to play and point such as a fenced in back yard. Although he loves to spend hours outside he also loves his house time and sleeps inside at night, usually in a crate. He is doing great on his housetraining and has had no accidents in quite awhile.

Dillon's adoption fee is $150 and involves filling out an application, vet reference and home visit. If interested in more info on him and/or an application send me an email....
