My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is just about the sweetest dog you'll ever meet! She's very laid back and is happy to just sit at your feet or by at the end of the couch most of the day. She likes to be in whatever room you are, lying quietly nearby. She loves to go for a walk and walks great on a leash. Her personality is really starting to come around now. She'll romp around in the yard, but you never have to worry about her wondering off. She always comes enthusiastically when called and she's always happy to see you when you come home. She loves belly rubs and to be brushed. She knows "sit" and "down" and she's house trained. She's not one for playing with toys so if you're looking for a dog that's going to chase a ball, Penny is not the dog for you. She's very mellow and pretty much hangs out most of the day. She should be the only dog in the home because she does not get along with all dogs. She's a great dog for someone who is looking for a companion.
