Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Alex was brought in in the Fall of 2008 with his mother and 2 siblings. They were all found living in a barn in Bloomingdale, and were completely feral to begin with. Alex was the bravest of the bunch, and soon realized that we were nice people and he became much friendlier. Alex and Adelaide are ~3 1/2 yrs old.
Now that Alex has been here for a while, he is used to having contact with people. He is living with his sister Adelaide, and the two of them have a lot of fun playing together. He still isn't very fond of being carried around, but he will let you pet him. He especially likes catnip mice, jingle toys and cat treats. We believe he would be best suited for a quiet home with other cats.
If you are looking for a quiet, playful young cat, please consider adopting Alex. Shy cats are sometimes the best cats once they are given a chance. Thinking that 2 cats might be better than one??? We agree! Consider adopting Alex and Adelaide together! Our adoption application is available on our website.
