Hey there! My name is Diablo. I know, I know...I know exactly what you're thinking - "isn't Diablo the most handsome fella you've ever laid eyes on?!?" The ladies say it all the time to me!

Like most of my friends at Waggs & Wishes shelter, I have a sad story to share about my past. My friend Dajsa and I were found tied up to a light pole in Madison Heights - abandoned by our owners. Some very kind people saw us and called Waggs & Wishes to come rescue us.
Since I found Waggs & Wishes, my life is much better! I've seen a veterinarian who has pronounced me not only to be a good looking guy, but also a healthy one too! I was lucky enough to be placed in a great foster home where I learned how to get along really well with other dogs, and even those furry little hairballs called...oh geez, what was it they were called again...right - CATS! Aunt Angie, the founder of Waggs & Wishes Animal Rescue says that I'm one of the best socialized pups in the shelter and she can't believe that I haven't found the perfect family to call my own yet! So...here I am - looking for love! I am a playful pup who likes to run, romp, and play with toys, I give great kisses, am good at cleaning up the kitchen floor after a spill from one of the kids, and I am pretty darn impressive in doing my "duty" outside.
