Meet PepperMeet Pepper! Pepper is considered an owner surrender because the girl who dropped him off had him for two plus weeks. She indicated that she put up flyers and tried to find his owner(s) but no one claimed him. She said she thought about keeping him because he was such a nice kitten, but that he was just too active for her and that she had no idea some kittens could want so much attention. Do you have the love and time to give Pepper the attention he needs?
