Rusty came to the rescue as a foal with his mother Cheyenne (registered Spotted Saddle Horse) and father Reddy (Tennessee Walking Horse/QH Cross). The three were surrendered because thier owner could no longer afford to care for them.

Rusty has done a lot of growing in the past year, and he has been gelded. He does not show any signs of being gaited. He is very friendly and he loves people. He's been given a lot attention over the past year at the rescue. He has a great temperment. He has responded well to the basic training that Ken has done with him. You can put a halter on him, pick up his feet, groom him, etc. He is ready to go home and grow up with you.
