My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reddy came to the rescue as a stallion with Cheyenne and their foal Rusty. The three were surrendered because thier owner could no longer afford to care for them. Reddy was a bit underweight when he arrived at the rescue. Once he was healthy enough, he was gelded. He does not appear to be gaited.
He has had a month of prof training and is a horse that needs a job. Very athletic and likes to go somewhere. He really needs miles and regular riding but will make a good trail horse with some experience. Must have experienced rider that likes a horse with some go to him. He is not crazy, or buck or anything, just likes to go. Very responsive. Age is probably 14-15, about 14.1-14.2hh. Likes attention, easy to catch. Adoption fee $350

Reddy has a good attitude for a horse that was gelded late in life. He gets along well with the other horses in the pasture. He is a very athletic horse and would be well suited to barrel racing. We have been able to put a rider on Reddy. However, he is not a horse for a beginner. He needs someone with experience to get him tuned up and take him to the next level.
