Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
JoAnnie is one of 64 ponies that Hope for Horses Equine Rescue took in from a neglect situation in Lewisville, Texas. JoAnnie is a Pony of the Americas cross mare born in 2009. JoAnnie is as sweet as sugar. She loves people (will come to the pasture gate to meet you), and she has a wonderful disposition. She will be a great kids' pony when she is trained. Update May18, 2012: JoAnnie is now green broke to ride!! She is a quiet horse. She doesn't buck, and she doesn't spook. She is a great leadline pony right now, and she will be a good kids horse when she has more saddle hours on her. She is a little nervous about getting her feet trimmed, but if you go slowly with her she is fine. JoAnnie is a really nice pony. Make an appointment and come see for yourself!
JoAnnie's adoption fee is $300. She is just one of the many ponies that are available for adoption. These ponies have great dispositions and will make great children's ponies once trained under saddle. For more information on these ponies or any other horses we have for adoption, please visit our website www.hopeforhorses.com or send an email to info@hopeforhorses.com.
