Can you believe this little guy was dragging a chain attached to a huge spiked collar? This sweet boy loves people. He is obedient, and housebroken. He never makes a mess in his kennel, but will be sure to tell you if he really has to go pottly! He likes to play with other kennel mates waiting for adoption, and waits quietly in his kennel waiting for someone to love. It would be great if he could flind a home before Christmas. Please give him a chance.
