My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toto is a neutered male, Border Terrier, approximately 3 yrs. old. He is a small dog but he can have a big attitude. He was relinquished by his owner who had adopted him from another shelter but found he has some issues that were hard to deal with in a busy household. He does need some training and he cannot be tied up. He is semi housebroken but will need some further training. He is not a dog for a novice dog owner so an experienced home is a must.
