Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Spade was dumped at one of our volunteers' houses in May 2011. He had appeared to had been in a fight or maybe bit his own tongue for some reason, but he was missing about 1.5" of his tongue. His tongue has healed and he is eating and drinking again. He is being fostered by the family right now. He is wonderful with dogs, small kids, and is fine around cats. He likes to watch the cats and follow them but doesn't really chase them. He is good on a leash. He will be neutered before going to his new home. Spade is a wonderful dog that needs a permanent home. He is approx. 2 years old. He weighs around 40 lbs so he is just the right size. He appears to have some Bull Terrier in him (think Spuds Mackenzie) judging by the shape of his nose. He is definitely a hound mix. Spade will make a great family dog!
