Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous liver Dal is Chief. His former owner was moving and wasn't able to take Chief with him so he was given up to us. Chief has a very dominant personality so we recommend he go to a new home with previous Dalmatian experience and good understanding of the breed. While most Dals are excellent with kids, we do not recommend him going to a home with small children because of his size and energy. Chief prefers female dogs around his size. He would not be suited in a home with small pets.
It appears that Chief was born with crooked front legs or possible trauma. He has also been diagnosed as a stone former which means he needs to be on a really low purine diet as well as daily Allopurinol. This is an inexpensive medication (around $4 at WalMart). Chief is a beautiful boy looking for a loving forever home.
Chief's adoption fee is $200. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and current on all vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting this Chief, please visit our website at www.drswv.com and complete our online application. Once we have your application on file, we will give you a call and answer any questions you may have about our available dogs.
