Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thank you for taking a moment to read my story. My name is Fred and I am an American Pitbull Terrier. Wait! Before you decide to move onto to a dog that does not have a "reputation" ,please hear me out. My story begins in an abandoned sweltering trailer where I was left with no food or water for 3 days. On the third day ,I was rescued and not because someone was concerned about me but because drug addicts wanted the abandoned trailer. That's right, the druggies wanted me out and threatened to shoot me if I was not removed. You see, I used to live in that trailer with 3 kids, but social services took them away. So sad on many levels.
Now that I have been rescued my personality is shining. In fact, it has been discovered that I am an affectionate guy who will take pride in being your companion. In addition, I am naturally obedient and learn tasks quickly. I would love to be in a home with children and other dogs. Although some caution should be exercised with other male dogs, but bring on the ladies! All of my vaccinations are current and I am neutered. Please think about my story and look beyond my "reputation" Contact Susan at soapdiva44@yahoo.com
