Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Adrian Balboa is a 5 month old Female ferret. Upon her arrival to the shelter, she was very thin. Unable to move (and possibly near death), she was rushed to the vet, where she was prescribed all kinds of goodies to get her up and running again. Within a week, Adrian was not only back on her feet again, but behaving like any other playful baby ferret; jumping, chasing and wrestling around with her sister, Layla Ali.
Although they are both healthy enough to adopt, the ferrets are listed as special needs because they will need several followup veterinary visits to ensure that they haven't sustained permanent health problems as a result of their condition upon their arrival to the shelter.
Since the two came in together and have such a strong attachment to each other, we would prefer that they were adopted together, as well.
