UPDATE ON SWEET MISTY. I have a clean bill of health!! --- Hi my name is Misty. I'm a beautiful chocolate colored long-haired Dachshund who is 6 1/2 years old. I am recovering nicely from my spay and I also had some mammary gland tissue removed last week. Not a big deal!! And one more thing, I just had dental surgery also and only have 2 canine teeth left, but I'm eating canned food with no problem. My foster Mom says I'm such a good girl and haven't complained once about what I've been through recently!! I am ready to go to my forever home, but you must be a perfect fit for me. I deserve a lot of love and tenderness, and look forward to cuddling with you. I love running outside in foster Mom's fenced in yard with my 2 foster sisters. We all get along just fine. I enjoy walks, baths and getting brushed doesn't bother me at all. I like being in my crate with the door open when Foster Mom is at work but at night I get to sleep in the big bed with Foster Mom and my 2 Foster sisters!! I was very shy at first but am now feeling more comfortable every day. I am good about using the weepads when foster Mom is at work. I will do my business outside when brought out though.
