My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Katie came to us when their owners lost their home and moved in with family. The family already had 3 dogs and the city would not allow them an excess animal permit to keep Katie as well. With broken hearts, they had to send her to us to find a new home. She is an amazing and sweet little girl and you can certainly understand why the owners were heartbroken to let her go. She is so loving and adoring, just sits right beside you and stares like you are the best and only thing in the world. This little lady is great for your ego :) She does good with the other dogs but seems to get jealous at times pushing her way in between you and whomever you are petting. She doesn't play with other dogs, merely hangs around and is much more interested in loving up the humans in the group. Katie loves being outside, going for long walks and does great off leash. When we are out on walks, she stays very close without ever having to remind her. On our acreage, Katie may wander the perimeter but would never leave the yard or go far enough that she wouldn't be able to keep tabs on us. Of course Katie is completely house trained, healthy, vaccinated and spayed. She is desperately needing someone to love her back as she has so much of this to offer. If you need a loving loyal friend that would just adore you forever, this is the lady for you.
