My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Sue Nami" was kept chained outside and used to breed puppies for selling twice a year. The law stepped in when she was badly injured defending her pups from a marauding fighter. Dr Rob McBrayer of Ridgeland patched her up and then asked us to take her and find her a home. It says a great deal for this dog that she made the adjustment from yard dog to house dog overnight, with little difficulty, even still recovering from painful injuries. Today "Sue Nami" is a gentle, low key girl, very affectionate and eye-catchingly beautiful.

Maranatha Farm has some special requirements for adopting a Pit Bull. She may never be left out of doors in sight of the street unattended, not even for a few minutes. It's not a question of if she will be stolen, it's a question of when. Sue Nami is a house dog. If we ever find you leaving her outside we have the right to take her back immediately and you must agree to that by contract. No exceptions. No second chances and yes we do check. The bad guys have done enough to this girl, they will not get their hands on her again.
