My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr. Glass is a baby Florida Soft Shell Turtle. He was an abandoned pet. His old owners left him in a tiny fishbowl in our lobby, without notifying any staff members. We thought somebody had just donated the fishbowl. However, when we went to empty the water, we found a tiny turtle hiding under the gravel. Mr. Glass is currently approximately 4 inches long, but will grow to be 1 foot long (or 2 feet long if Mr. Glass is really Mrs. Glass). We are requesting a minimum adoption fee of $30 to ensure he goes to a good home, and to help care for over 200 rescued exotic animals currently housed at our facility.
