My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Evie is a sweet, playful, affectionate and fun kitty. She's also absolutely beautiful! Evie gets along well with other cats, dogs and just about everyone. She has been Vet. Checked, Spayed, Combo-tested Negative for FeLV/FIV, Fully Vaccinated, de-wormed and flea free. If you would like more information on Evie, please contact her foster mom, Genie at 423 313 7004. She doesn't check her email often, so calling her is the best way to reach her.

Our rescue cats/kittens are tested for Heartworm, Feline leukemia and FIV, Vet. checked, spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations and receive flea & worm treatment. They are also bathed, groomed & get a nail trim. The adoption fee helps defray these expenses.

A Home for Cats is proud to be a no-kill rescue. Once a cat comes into our care, it stays with us until adopted, no matter how long that takes. Of course, when you adopt one of our cats, it makes it possible for us to rescue another one.

Our cats are fed only Hill's Science Diet brand cat foods, thanks to Hill's Shelter Nutrition Partnership program.
