Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kodiak is a beautiful 1 ½ year old male lab mix. He is neutered, UTD on shots and worming. He is wonderful with children, good with dogs and cats alike (even lays down to give the cats the dominate position, lol). Housebroken and well mannered. Does not jump on you or get over-excited upon greeting you. He did stand on his hind legs and stretched his nose high in the air when I walked in with pizza and raised it up high but by George he didn't touch me or the pizza and I think he may be taller than me, lol.
He's very mild, he is slow and easy with occasional bouts of wanting to play with you. Though trying to get him to hurry is out of the question unless it involves food. Plays well with the other dogs. Likes to have a hug session after meals. He's so grateful to have food on a regular basis and I think it's his way of letting you know. Learning space boundries .Tends to want to be "right there" when you're trying to do anything. Would be perfect as a family or companion dog.
A small adoption fee of $65 is requested to help with medical costs. Sponsored by Cause for Paws an all volunteer NO KILL organization. Call Lindsey at 417-808-0744.
