Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chopper is another one of those great dogs that had spent more than half his lilfe at the shelter. He was just 6 months old when his owner surrendered him because he did not have enough time for a dog. Despite the fact that he was a favorite of shelter employees and animal control officers, he never was anyone's first choice for adoption, and his time was getting short. Countrydogs recognized Chopper's potential and rescued him on April 2nd. He is a one year old, 80 pound puppy, and will no doubt become an impressive dog! He is currently being trained in basic obedience and is fitting in nicely with the "resident pack". He wants to play with everyone, including our 6 pound Papillon! He would love to have a playmate and plenty of exercise. He is not a jumper or an escape artist and wants to be around people and other dogs. If you or someone you know would like to meet Chopper and give him the permanent home he deserves, please call Jim at 720-278-5543 or contact us via e-mail at jim@countrydogsrescue.com.
