Fred is a great new boy that has just arrived from a Kill facility. His owner went into a retirement home and was not allowed to take Fred.
Fred is now adjusting to his new Foster Home. He adores running around outside with other Foster dogs, hiking, going for rides in the car and cuddling with humans. Fred is very affectionate boy.
