My name is Cee Cee. I am a sweet, friendly Chow! I was born in October of 2007. I have already been micro-chipped. I would like to be the only dog in my new home.

Chances is a newly formed no-kill 100% volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit Animal Rescue. Chances is dedicated to helping unwanted and abandoned animals facing euthanasia by giving them a chance at a new life.
