My name is Bella. I am a Beagle Mix. I was born 1/3/09 in Illinois. I came from an over-crowded shelter there. I have already been micro-chipped.

Chances is a newly formed no-kill 100% volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit Animal Rescue. Chances is dedicated to helping unwanted and abandoned animals facing euthanasia by giving them a chance at a new life.
