Hi my name is Mr. Waggles. I got the name because when my tail wags it looks like a helicopter ready to take off. I am A forced into retirement "Service Dog". My owner went into assisted living and I could not go with her. I am a seizure alert dog and I can tune into neuropathy spells. As you can see I am special. I am only five years old am still have plenty of life left. Can I help Ypu?
