MAGGIE Needs a New Forever Home and LOTS OF LOVE!
If you are looking for a very gentle, sweet, mellow and loving kitty, this is your girl. She loves people and is a real Lady! Scratch behind her ears and she will be your lifelong companion.

Maggie was found roaming the streets looking for a kind person to take her in. We know she must have been someone’s pet once as she is very use to people and likes being around them. But, she is a bit frightened of other animals with dominant or strong personalities. Maggie had a traumatic experience on the street while looking for a new safe haven. We don’t know if it was attacked by another cat or dog, or if she had a “run-in” with a fence, but she has an injury to her nose, which is now healing nicely. The vet has examined and tested her, gave her a cortisone injection to help heal the wound and an antibiotic injection to prevent infection. She is now doing well, is fully vaccinated, spayed, and ready for a permanent place to lay down paws and call her own.

She is about 5 years old, weighs a dainty 8 lbs., has a good appetite, and eats both canned and dry cat food. She will do best in a home without other pets or with other pets who are mellow and gentle.

If you can give Maggie your love and open your home to this sweet kitty, she will give you all the love she has forever. She is now an indoor only cat and proud of it!
